Job Description
1. Will be responsible for identifying land parcels at specified locations, as per the requirement of business across various cities in Rajasthan
2. Should be completely familiar with the land acquisition process and have knowledge of legal processes and revenue matters in rural areas
3. Should be capable of verifying title search reports and liaison with appropriate revenue and town planning officials for conducting due diligence
Technical
1. Should have excellent negotiation skills
2. Should have closed at least 5-10 land deals independently
3. Understanding of land laws, the approval process for Real estate
4. Understanding of due diligence process for land evaluation
5. Understanding of valuation and cost of capital
6. Excellent data management, well versed with google earth, dropbox, geotagging, surveys
