 Able to Prepare Manual and Online Tenders and timely submission of the same.
 Able to Preparation of EMD Bank Guarantees.
 Able to correspondence before receiving the order i.e. reply of shortfalls, validity extension of offers, extensions of vendor.
 Able to review, check and correct the Tender documents, the Tender schedule, scope of works and the composition of the Tender.
 Able to prepare comparative statement after opening of price bid.
 Able to review, check and correct the tender and submition deadlines according to the EMAS AMC procedures and Customer requirements.
 Able to Participate in all tender stage gate meetings.
 Able to click the bid in Reverse Auctions.
 Ensure that all relevant data and information compiled during the tender development phase is considered and made available to all Tender team members.
 Develop clarifications, tender submittal, post-submittal clarifications, etc.
 Maintain accurate records and files (manual & electronic) of all the tender data (i.e. correspondence, quotations, internal input, etc.).
 Oversee the tender estimate for accuracy and compliance with the customer requirements and commercial strategy.
 Able to Assist the cost estimator in budgetary estimates to Customers.
 Provides specific input to ''lessons learned'' data base after submittal of each tender in collaboration with the Proposal Specialist.
