The Sr. Executive HR Operations at William Penn is responsible for providing support in the various HR functions, which include talent acquisition and talent management strategies, training & Development , Performance monitoring & Employee counseling.
Reporting to Head HR
Maintenance of Employee Data, employee files in all respects, conduct audits on file upkeep and file documentation regularly
Maintenance of Employee data on Adrenalin, Whorish etc accurately and completely.
Benefit Administration - Providing monthly inputs to Payroll Team, administration of entitlements, reimbursements, medical claim etc.
Implementation and enforcement of policies of the organization
Resolving all employee’s HR related queries
