Track all sales activities & interactions in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments
Prospect and qualify new sales leads
Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects and related internal departments.
Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products
Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
Searching & pitching for business with new customers through digital & physical interactions
Willingness to travel to client premises within India & abroad when required
Meet and/or exceed sales targets, customer service levels.
Attend to & address requests and complaints from existing customers or prospects.
Coordinate with other team members and departments (manufacturing, quality, despatches, accounts etc.) to optimize the sales efforts & resolve customer complaints
Desired Work Experience & Skills
2-4 years of sales experience
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
