Job Requirements and Qualifications:
1. Working experience preferably as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for 2-3 year(s)
2. Degree in Human resources or similar relevant field
3. In-depth knowledge of recruitment methods. Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment
4. Hands on experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Job Portals, etc.
5. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily
6. Able to solve problems independently and should be result oriented.
