Create cutting-edge websites that are visually attractive and have clear calls-to-action (CTA)
- Optimize websites to ensure fast load times and responsiveness for mobile users by working with
the Filtration Group (corporate) web admin who manages the back-end servers.
- Develop website features that enhance the user experience and increase conversion rate.
- Collaborate with the content & demand generation managers to bring creative ideas to life.
- Ensure strict adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
- Implement, maintain, and manage Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag
Manager, and Hotjar for all websites, localized sites, and campaign landing pages.
- Improve website conversion rate using all available means such as A/B testing, user experience
testing, path analytics, and heat mapping.
- Work closely with content manager to elevate each website’s average ranking for all critical
keywords in SEO through detailed analysis and optimization of content.
- Ensure an efficient lead capture and conversion process is in place across the site, creating and
optimizing landing pages and other marketing automation (Pardot) assets and processes for user
experience.
- Support Filtration Group’s global presence by applying best practices to managing localized
presence for German and Chinese sites.
Critical skills and abilities include:
- Expert proficiency working with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search
Console, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Hotjar with a solid understanding of Google suite of
products for the web to empower best practices.
- Expert in front-end development using Wordpress leveraging an existing corporate theme
- Proven experience driving successful SEO program through web optimization and the use of
search engine tracking tools (SEMRush preferred).
- Expert proficiency in website optimization for performance, including understanding the impact of
redirects, site map XML, and responsive code.
