Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers Searching & pitching for business with new customers through digital & physical interactions Willingness to travel to client premises within India & abroad when required Secondary Responsibilities Meet and/or exceed sales targets, customer service levels. Attend to & address requests and complaints from existing customers or prospects. Coordinate with other team members and departments (manufacturing, quality, despatches, accounts etc.) to optimize the sales efforts & resolve customer complaints Desired Work Experience & Skills 2-4 years of sales experience Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships Excellent interpersonal skills Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
